We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase so we’ve made returning items easy. Products can be returned within 21 days for a full refund, as long as products have not been opened. To return an item, call our customer support at (310) 829-9396.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper and, in most cases, you will receive the refund sooner.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
