MLA™️ Brightening Serum combines the newest generation of natural skin brightening and renewing ingredients with the Perfect 9 Complex™️, MLA’s proprietary mixture of nine anti-aging and soothing ingredients. In addition to the Perfect 9 Complex™️, MLA™️ Brightening Serum contains plant extracts Bearberry, Mulberry, and Tyrostat™ plus Lumiskin™, an antioxidant from Chilean tree bark, to reduce the formation of unwanted pigment and control melanin. Tranexamic acid is one of the most important additions to our new Brightening Serum.  This new ingredient is effective in reducing melasma, brown spots, and brown patches. The formula also contains Alpha-Arbutin to reduce age spots and post-blemish redness as well as the peptide Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 to stimulate the skin’s natural mechanisms to produce collagen.  In addition, papain is used to provide gentle exfoliation and further brighten the skin.  Equally important, potentially irritating hydroquinone, glycolic acid, and AHAs are not used in this unique formula.
